I founded Stephenson Consulting, LLC 14 years ago, after a successful 22-year career at Bloomingdale's, where I provided staff and training to 25 stores nationwide and helped design a leadership training program for executives benchmarked for promotion. I have extensive experience in assessment, development, and coaching, serving clients in the communications, consumer goods and services, retail, and law industries. |
